Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain selling floor and merchandise displays in neat, organized, and fully stocked condition
- Manage all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor, ensuring accurate stock levels
- Execute shipping and receiving protocols, including documentation and compliance with all related procedures
- Participate in scheduled physical inventory counts and cycle counts
- Process transactions through Point-of-Sale systems with accuracy and compliance
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client complaints promptly and effectively
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through proactive client relationship management and utilization of client book
- Adhere to work schedule and maintain consistent time and attendance
- Participate in training, development programs, and operational meetings as directed by store management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience
- Proficiency in Point-of-Sale systems and cash handling
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stockroom and cashier teams
