Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, process and accurately record deliveries and inter-store transfers in line with brand procedures.
  • Maintain inventory integrity through regular cycle counts, bi‑annual audits and timely discrepancy reporting.
  • Replenish selling floor stock and collaborate with visual merchandising to preserve brand presentation and assortment standards.
  • Prioritise loss prevention by identifying early signs of stock loss and escalating to store leadership.
  • Support the customer experience by maintaining a visible presence on the floor and assisting with client enquiries when required.
  • Communicate proactively with store management and colleagues to support sales targets and operational KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in stockroom, inventory control or back‑of‑house retail operations.
  • Solution‑oriented, team‑first approach with reliable follow-through.
  • Comfort and aptitude for using retail technology to support sales and operational efficiency.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience
