Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the sales floor and stockroom in a neat, organized and fully stocked condition.
- Assist with all inventory activities, including cycle counts and participation in store inventories.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, including preparation and processing of related paperwork.
- Execute Point-of-Sale procedures and perform relevant register functions accurately and in compliance with company policy.
- Support store team by adhering to scheduled shifts, time and attendance protocols, and by participating in training and development sessions.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with stockroom work, including lifting and moving merchandise safely.
- Reliable availability for part-time retail hours, including weekends and holiday periods as required by store operations.
- Familiarity with shipping/receiving documentation and basic inventory practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining presentation and stock accuracy.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail, stockroom, or warehouse experience preferred but not required. Candidates with seasonal or part-time retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
