Role & Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in the daily management of store operations, administration, sales and customer service; assume the GM’s responsibilities in their absence.
- Drive achievement of sales targets while maintaining high operational and merchandising standards across the store.
- Own inventory control and loss prevention programs: execute cycle counts, lead LP/POS audits, manage shipping/receiving audits and rectify negative on-hand balances.
- Implement cash control and register procedures including bank deposits, safe funds, petty cash and management register functions.
- Coordinate store security and risk management activities: maintain key/alarm codes, security logs, change orders and liaise with armored car services.
- Recruit, train, evaluate and develop store staff; administer new-hire processing and review payroll punches and reconciliations.
- Oversee store maintenance and visual housekeeping: manage supplies, lighting/fixtures and Service Channel maintenance postings, weekly deliverables and photo documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of retail or operations management experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail environments.
- Proven ability to lead teams, make operational decisions and deputise for senior management.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrable commercial discipline and attention to inventory integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of coaching and developing associates.
- College degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

At least 2–3 years of progressive retail operations or store management experience, with hands-on responsibility for inventory control, loss prevention, staff development and payroll/new‑hire administration.
Education
College degree preferred; equivalent retail management experience will be considered.
