Role & Responsibilities
- Create social media content representing Michael Kors at the South Premium Outlets location.
- Publish content three times weekly across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook to grow local audience and engagement.
- Attend and support monthly in-store events and activations.
- Work on the sales floor (Tuesday/Wednesday preferred) and collaborate with store management to convert online followers into in-store traffic.
- Prioritize and multitask to achieve sales and engagement goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and styling techniques to foster customer relationships and drive sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
- Self-starter with proven ability to drive measurable results.
- Energetic, motivated and comfortable engaging customers; genuine brand ambassador.
- Strong customer-service orientation with demonstrated sales aptitude and passion for styling and fashion.
- Technologically savvy with an entrepreneurial mindset and comfort using social platforms for commercial purposes.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 2+ years of retail or boutique sales experience with demonstrated customer engagement and exposure to social media content creation in a commercial setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; coursework or credentials in marketing, communications or fashion merchandising is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
