Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and optimize the shopping experience for clientele across all product categories
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining performance standards
- Establish and maintain authentic relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure cohesive brand presentation throughout the retail space
- Collaborate effectively with team members to foster an inclusive, optimistic, and creative work environment
