- Inspire, coach, and support the host store team to build a culture of accountability and high performance
- Assist in onboarding and developing new team members through inclusive and effective training programmes

- Meet and exceed shop-in-shop sales goals, holding the team accountable for results achievement
- Analyze sales reports and develop action plans to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
- Track and communicate business results and opportunities, driving sales and product knowledge
- Ensure sales and unit goals and all relevant KPIs are clearly established for team members and communicated effectively
- Demonstrate sales leadership by maintaining an active presence on the selling floor
- Lead the team to prioritize inclusive, high-quality customer experiences that build loyalty and trust
- Support consistent client communication using all available tools and channels
- Manage the client database to identify opportunities for engagement and growth
- Maintain a visible presence and model elevated service standards for all team members

- Partner with retail teams to keep visual graphics current and impactful
- Oversee timely processing of deliveries and stock placement
