Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the shop team to build a culture of accountability and high performance, providing constructive feedback and supporting professional growth
- Meet and exceed Shop in Shop sales goals while analyzing reports and developing action plans to ensure targets are achieved
- Demonstrate active sales leadership on the selling floor and collaborate with the District Manager and wholesale marketing to identify opportunities that support revenue growth
- Manage and conduct weekly and monthly business overviews and seasonal product training with retail partners' sales managers, specialists, and associates
- Lead the team to deliver inclusive, high-quality customer experiences that build loyalty and trust, utilizing all available communication channels and tools
- Manage the client database to identify opportunities for engagement and growth, maintaining visible presence and modeling elevated service standards
- Ensure the shop and stockroom are well-maintained, organized, and accessible; oversee timely processing of deliveries and stock placement
- Uphold brand standards for presentation and professionalism, modeling company values and using available tools to promote a positive workplace culture
- Maintain open communication with corporate, regional, and district teams, following through on required actions and collaborating on visual merchandising strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail and team leadership within a dynamic environment
- Comfort with technology and ability to use digital tools to enhance customer experience
- Proficiency in retail metrics, KPIs, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in fast-paced settings with a positive and inclusive attitude
