Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain active sales floor presence and engage directly with customers to provide elevated service experiences
- Execute clienteling strategies and host events to foster customer relationships and drive sales
- Empower and train retail partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and visual merchandising excellence
- Collaborate with retail management partners and District Manager to align on Michael Kors business objectives and operational standards
- Ensure consistent visual merchandising standards and store presentation across the department
- Develop and maintain clear, organized communication protocols with District Manager, corporate office, and retail team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail management experience
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English

- Ability to meet flexible scheduling requirements, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods

Experience
