Role & Responsibilities

  • Inspire, coach, and support the host store team to build a culture of accountability and high performance
  • Meet and exceed shop-in-shop sales goals while holding self and team accountable for results
  • Analyze reports and develop action plans to ensure sales expectations are met or exceeded
  • Track and communicate business results and opportunities, driving sales and product knowledge
  • Ensure sales and unit goals and all relevant KPIs are in place for Michael Kors Ambassadors and communicated effectively
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor
  • Collaborate with the District Manager and wholesale marketing to identify marketing opportunities to support sales
  • Lead the team to prioritize inclusive, high-quality customer experiences that build loyalty and trust
  • Support consistent client communication using all available tools and channels
  • Manage the client database to identify opportunities for engagement and growth
  • Ensure the shop-in-shop and stockroom are well-maintained, organized, and accessible
  • Partner with retail teams to keep visual graphics current and impactful
  • Oversee timely processing of deliveries and stock placement
  • Assist in onboarding and developing new team members, ensuring inclusive and effective training
  • Provide constructive feedback to help team members grow and succeed

  • Proven experience in retail and team leadership within a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in retail metrics, KPIs, and Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
