Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire, coach, and support the host store team to build a culture of accountability and high performance
- Meet and exceed shop-in-shop sales goals while holding self and team accountable for results
- Analyze reports and develop action plans to ensure sales expectations are met or exceeded
- Track and communicate business results and opportunities, driving sales and product knowledge
- Ensure sales and unit goals and all relevant KPIs are in place for Michael Kors Ambassadors and communicated effectively
- Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor
- Collaborate with the District Manager and wholesale marketing to identify marketing opportunities to support sales
- Lead the team to prioritize inclusive, high-quality customer experiences that build loyalty and trust
- Support consistent client communication using all available tools and channels
- Manage the client database to identify opportunities for engagement and growth
- Ensure the shop-in-shop and stockroom are well-maintained, organized, and accessible
- Partner with retail teams to keep visual graphics current and impactful
- Oversee timely processing of deliveries and stock placement
- Assist in onboarding and developing new team members, ensuring inclusive and effective training
- Provide constructive feedback to help team members grow and succeed

- Proven experience in retail and team leadership within a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in retail metrics, KPIs, and Microsoft Office
- Effective communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced setting with a positive and inclusive attitude
