Michael Kors seeks a Shop-in-Shop Sales Associate at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann in Paris for a fixed-term contract role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed shop-in-shop sales targets through effective application of Michael Kors selling strategies and customer service techniques
- Track best and worst sellers to drive full price sales and optimize inventory performance
- Identify and communicate product and inventory needs to management in a timely manner
- Implement and maintain all brand visual merchandising standards as directed in the Visual Merchandising guideline
- Engage every customer within the shop-in-shop by utilizing Michael Kors' Jet-Set selling strategies and personalized customer service
- Develop and maintain a personal client database and utilize clientele book to drive repeat sales
- Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain professional image and grooming standards that reflect the Michael Kors brand identity at all times
- Ensure shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation, and organization standards are met consistently
- Collaborate with retail partner to ensure all visual graphics and merchandising displays remain current
- Work with retail partner to confirm deliveries are properly processed and merchandise is placed on the selling floor in a timely manner
