Senior Systems Analyst at Capri Holdings, London. Support global Planning, Allocation & Pricing platforms; lead Allocation system transformation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for Blue Yonder Enterprise Planning (EP), Blue Yonder Advanced Allocation (AAL), Zebra Lifecycle Pricing (LCP), and Foresight Retail Assortment Planning platforms
  • Act as primary point of contact for system incidents, defects, and user queries; manage and prioritise tickets across internal teams and external vendors
  • Ensure system stability, performance, and data integrity across global environments
  • Own and manage a backlog of enhancements and improvements; work with stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritise business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support testing (UAT), releases, and deployment of changes
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve automation, and enhance user experience
  • Play a key role in the global implementation of the new Allocation platform, supporting solution design, configuration, testing, and rollout
  • Partner with business teams to define and validate future-state allocation processes; support data migration, integrations, and cutover activities
  • Drive business readiness, training, and adoption of new platforms; ensure smooth transition from legacy systems
  • Act as trusted IT partner to global Planning, Allocation, and Pricing teams; understand regional requirements and provide guidance on system capabilities
  • Support data flows between Planning, Allocation, Pricing, and downstream systems (ERP, BI); troubleshoot data issues and work with integration teams to resolve defects
  • Contribute to improvements in data quality, visibility, and reporting; support adoption of advanced analytics and AI-driven capabilities
  • Maintain system documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base materials; ensure all changes follow governance, release, and testing standards
  • Support audit, compliance, and operational controls; contribute to shaping future ways of working with increased automation, data, and AI

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 5+ years' experience in retail systems, planning, allocation, or pricing technology environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
  • Proven experience working with global stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and external support teams
  • Strong foundation in systems analysis, business process design, and data handling
  • Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder or similar enterprise planning platforms (preferred)
  • Experience supporting large-scale system implementations or rollouts
  • Understanding of merchandising, inventory allocation, and supply chain planning processes
  • Familiarity with data tools and analysis (SQL, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms)
  • ITIL Foundation, Agile/Scrum, or PRINCE2 certification (desirable)

Experience with large-scale implementations and global technology transformations highly valued.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent professional experience in relevant systems environments may be considered.
