Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of Supply Chain initiatives including distribution, logistics, transportation, planning, inventory management, sourcing, systems implementations, automation, and process improvement projects
- Serve as the central project management contact for all Supply Chain business stakeholders across the organization
- Develop project charters, business cases, project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and executive status reporting
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and strategically aligned with business objectives
- Establish and maintain project governance structures, risk management frameworks, and issue escalation processes
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and status reports for business partners and senior leadership
- Track project KPIs, milestones, risks, budget performance, and resource utilization across the portfolio
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project alignment, engagement, and strong relationship building
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews; translate complex business requirements into actionable project plans
- Drive change management activities and adoption plans to ensure successful implementation of new processes and technologies
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes, efficiencies, controls, and operational performance
- Promote project management best practices and governance standards across the Supply Chain organization
Qualifications
- 6+ years of project management experience with significant supply chain, logistics, operations, or distribution support
- Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional projects and business transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations including planning, distribution, inventory management, transportation, sourcing, and logistics
- Experience managing multiple priorities and complex stakeholder groups simultaneously
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or MS Project
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)

6+ years of project management experience with significant support to Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Distribution functions. Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and business transformation initiatives. Experience working with complex stakeholder groups and global teams.
