Role & Responsibilities
- Lead business‑process workshops and analytical reviews with stakeholders; articulate findings and recommended actions to senior leadership.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment on flow design, KPI visualizations, labor planning and plan actualization to meet financial targets.
- Establish and maintain operational partnerships to support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives across DC operations.
- Analyze system and operational data to identify root causes, recommend corrective actions and quantify improvement opportunities.
- Support the operations financial planning cycle: budgeting, target setting, KPI review, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with IT to diagnose system issues and translate business requirements into technical specifications for enhancements.
- Extract and analyze large data sets to produce insightful reports, dashboards and ad hoc analyses that inform decision‑making.
- Develop comprehensive labor plans and scenario models in partnership with finance, facilities, HR and operations teams.
- Respond to field operation requests by authoring SQL and producing reports/dashboards in MicroStrategy, Power BI or Tableau.
- Design and implement new metrics, dashboards and reporting tools to proactively address operational and strategic needs.
- Build strong relationships across all levels to ensure project delivery, stakeholder satisfaction and clear expectation management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience delivering business and/or technology solutions, with demonstrated success managing multiple technical projects.
- Proficiency reading and writing SQL to extract and manipulate large datasets.
- Experience with BI/reporting platforms: Power BI, Tableau and MicroStrategy.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including modeling and scenario analysis.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex information and present actionable recommendations to executive leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience
3–5 years of analytics experience supporting warehousing, distribution center operations or supply‑chain functions, including hands‑on reporting, stakeholder management and delivery of technical/BI solutions.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Information Systems or related discipline.
