Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead business‑process workshops and analytical reviews with stakeholders; articulate findings and recommended actions to senior leadership.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment on flow design, KPI visualizations, labor planning and plan actualization to meet financial targets.
  • Establish and maintain operational partnerships to support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives across DC operations.
  • Analyze system and operational data to identify root causes, recommend corrective actions and quantify improvement opportunities.
  • Support the operations financial planning cycle: budgeting, target setting, KPI review, forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with IT to diagnose system issues and translate business requirements into technical specifications for enhancements.
  • Extract and analyze large data sets to produce insightful reports, dashboards and ad hoc analyses that inform decision‑making.
  • Develop comprehensive labor plans and scenario models in partnership with finance, facilities, HR and operations teams.
  • Respond to field operation requests by authoring SQL and producing reports/dashboards in MicroStrategy, Power BI or Tableau.
  • Design and implement new metrics, dashboards and reporting tools to proactively address operational and strategic needs.
  • Build strong relationships across all levels to ensure project delivery, stakeholder satisfaction and clear expectation management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years’ experience delivering business and/or technology solutions, with demonstrated success managing multiple technical projects.
  • Proficiency reading and writing SQL to extract and manipulate large datasets.
  • Experience with BI/reporting platforms: Power BI, Tableau and MicroStrategy.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex information and present actionable recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience
