Michael Kors (Capri Holdings) seeks a Senior Manager, Workplace Experience in the NY Metro Area to lead facilities, workplace services and projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operation, maintenance and performance of building systems, equipment and workplace services across the North America corporate headquarters (New York and New Jersey).
  • Coordinate building requests with property management including freight reservations, after-hours HVAC, pest control and vendor access.
  • Partner with Loss Prevention and landlords to manage security services for NY and NJ office locations.
  • Manage corporate services including reception, hospitality and front-of-house operations to ensure consistent service standards.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for workplace-related needs, building relationships with senior leadership, Executive Assistants and cross-functional teams.
  • Plan and execute office moves, space reconfigurations and workplace improvement projects, delivering initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Maintain and administer facilities management software (OfficeSpace), ensuring floor plans and occupancy data are accurate and current.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers; oversee contracts, service levels and vendor deliverables.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, project management, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to partner confidently with senior leadership and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • High initiative and ability to work independently; hands-on, pragmatic leadership style.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using facilities management or workplace software (OfficeSpace preferred).
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and understand furniture layouts and interior design fundamentals.
  • Ability to be on-site four days per week.

Experience

7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management, workplace operations, corporate services or project management supporting multi-site corporate headquarters.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred in facilities management, engineering, architecture, real estate, business administration, or a related discipline.
