  • Build and execute inventory plans: allocate stock, manage sell‑through, and improve inventory accuracy and processes to reduce risk.
  • Develop and implement pricing, OFF‑rate and markdown strategies to protect AUR and gross margin while driving sell‑through.
  • Operate and maintain reporting dashboards visualizing sales, inventory, margin and markdowns; standardize forecast, risk and sales analysis reporting.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with MD, Retail, BP&A, Finance, Digital Marketing and Logistics to align product, pricing and inventory strategies and to deliver campaigns.
  • Create meeting materials, regular analysis and ad‑hoc reports; lead cross‑functional projects to improve EC sales performance and operational reproducibility.
  • Manage, mentor and align a small team (3–4 direct reports) to deliver day‑to‑day planning and execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in e‑commerce, retail sales planning, merchandising, allocation, demand planning, FP&A or related commercial planning roles.
  • Proven experience managing sales, inventory and margin P&L levers across owned sites, outlet/Sale assortments and EC mall channels.
  • Strong Excel proficiency and experience operating BI tools, dashboards and regular reporting processes.
  • Demonstrated cross‑functional collaboration with merchandising, retail operations, finance and marketing teams to translate strategy into execution.
  • Business‑level English proficiency; experience working in multinational or cross‑border teams.
