Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and record deliveries and inter‑store transfers accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain inventory integrity through regular cycle counts, bi‑annual audits and timely discrepancy reporting.
- Replenish floor stock and collaborate with visual merchandising to preserve brand presentation standards and optimal assortment.
- Support loss‑prevention procedures and act promptly on early signs of stock loss, escalating to store leadership as required.
- Provide a visible, service‑oriented presence in the stockroom and on the sales floor to assist colleagues and support client interactions.
- Contribute to store sales targets and KPIs by maintaining operational efficiency and sharing insights with store management.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in stockroom, inventory or back‑of‑house operations in retail; experience in fashion or luxury retail preferred.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to maintain focus in a fast‑paced environment.
- Solution‑oriented, team‑first attitude with professional communication skills.
- Comfortable using retail technology and point‑of‑sale systems to support stock accuracy and operational tasks.
