Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and accurately record deliveries and inter-store transfers in line with brand procedures.
- Maintain inventory integrity via regular cycle counts, bi-annual audits and timely reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Replenish sales floor stock and partner with visual merchandising to preserve brand presentation standards.
- Monitor early indicators of stock loss, execute loss-prevention measures and escalate issues to store leadership.
- Provide visible support on the sales floor as required, assisting client interactions and resolving concerns with empathy.
- Collaborate closely with store colleagues and managers to achieve KPIs and contribute to a positive team culture.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in stockroom, logistics or back-of-house retail operations.
- Solution-oriented, team-first mentality with a focus on accountability and follow-through.
- Comfort using retail technology to process deliveries, transfers and sales support tasks.
- Ability to remain organized, focused and detail-oriented in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
Experience working in stockroom, logistics or back-of-house retail environments is required; experience supporting floor operations and loss-prevention practices is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal retail or logistics training is advantageous but not required.
