Michael Kors seeks a Seasonal Stock & Sales Associate in Fidenza, Italy (part-time, 20h) to support inventory, deliveries and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and organise deliveries and inter-store transfers in accordance with brand procedures.
- Perform regular cycle counts and support bi‑annual inventory audits to preserve stock integrity.
- Replenish floor stock, prepare merchandise for presentation and partner with visual teams to maintain display standards.
- Support the sales floor while maintaining a visible presence in the stockroom to assist client needs and resolve concerns.
- Prioritise loss-prevention measures, report discrepancies promptly and follow security protocols.
- Collaborate with store leadership to share insights, support KPI achievement and contribute to planning.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in stockroom, back‑of‑house or retail operations.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to sustain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Solution-oriented, team-first attitude with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable using retail technology and point‑of‑sale systems to support operational efficiency.

Experience
Entry-level retail experience with demonstrable exposure to stockroom or back‑of‑house responsibilities; experience in fast‑paced store environments preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational retail or logistics training is an advantage.
