Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and accurately record deliveries and inter-store transfers in line with brand procedures.
- Manage inventory control through cycle counts, bi-annual audits and ongoing reconciliation to maintain stock integrity.
- Replenish sales floor stock and collaborate with visual merchandising to uphold brand presentation standards and optimal assortment.
- Support the sales team on the shop floor to deliver a seamless customer experience and assist with client enquiries as needed.
- Proactively identify and report shrinkage or operational risks and support loss-prevention measures.
- Contribute to store KPIs by maintaining operational excellence, timely processing of stock movements and sharing insights with management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in stockroom, back-of-house or retail operations.
- Solution-oriented, team-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using technology for inventory and sales processes (POS and stock-management systems).
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with stock handling and to work a flexible schedule for a seasonal role.

Entry-level retail experience required; prior exposure to stockroom/back-of-house operations, deliveries, inventory counts and retail transfers preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational retail or logistics training is a plus.
