Michael Kors seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate (24 hrs/week) for Vienna Graben. Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales with passion for fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Michael Kors Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools
- Maintain floor and stock presence to optimise customer engagement
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance
- Develop selling expertise through Product Knowledge packs to advise customers with passion and confidence
- Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales and contribute to store targets
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or selective retail
- Fluency in German or local Austrian language preferred; effective communication skills across written and verbal channels
- Technological proficiency with the ability to leverage clientelling systems and point-of-sale technologies
Skills
Experience
Enthusiasm and relevant sales experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably within fashion, luxury, or selective retailing. Demonstrated ability to collaborate, inspire team members, and achieve results in dynamic settings.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail or sales training programmes are an asset.
