Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, welcoming customer experience and proactively manage multiple clients' needs throughout the sales cycle.
- Act as a fashion advisor by demonstrating product knowledge and offering styling recommendations to drive conversion and average transaction value.
- Support the management team with daily business operations and retail KPIs, executing tasks with speed and accuracy.
- Perform merchandising and replenishment duties to keep the selling floor and stockroom neat, organised and fully stocked.
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions and maintain accurate cash and inventory records.
Qualifications
