Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated customer service to achieve personal and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and styling advice.
- Execute daily store operational tasks with accuracy and attention to brand standards (merchandising, stock handling, visual presentation).
- Maintain up-to-date product and trend knowledge to inspire customers and provide tailored styling recommendations.
- Collaborate with store management to develop tactics that maximise individual sales performance and conversion.
- Utilise available sales tools and retail technology to manage transactions, clienteling and follow-up activity.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, changing retail environment and take initiative for personal development.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience; prior experience in fashion or luxury retail preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (required) and local language (preferred).
- Ability to perform under pressure, multitask effectively and sustain high energy on the shop floor.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience, ideally within fashion or premium brands; seasonal or outlet experience is an advantage.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail or fashion is a plus.
