Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalised client service to drive sales and cultivate repeat clientele during the seasonal trading period.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and clienteling activities.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately and handle cash and payments in accordance with store procedures.
- Support visual merchandising and upkeep of the boutique to brand standards, including window displays, replenishment and stock presentation.
- Participate in stock management tasks: receiving deliveries, tagging, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and peak holiday periods to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing experience in retail; prior luxury or premium-brand sales experience preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanour.
- Availability for flexible, seasonal schedules including weekends and public holidays.
- Legal right to work in Spain.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is preferred, ideally within luxury, premium or high-volume environments. Experience in fast-paced, seasonal trading is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
