Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Michael Kors ambassador, delivering exceptional, personalised customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
- Execute proactive clienteling through all available apps and CRM tools to manage relationships and follow-ups.
- Maintain impeccable floor standards and appropriate stockroom presence; support visual merchandising and replenishment.
- Translate product knowledge into confident styling advice and effective selling using brand Product Knowledge packs.
- Communicate closely with store management to monitor business results, identify sales opportunities and contribute to store targets.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience and a demonstrable passion for fashion and luxury service.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural, team-oriented environment.
- Comfort with retail technology and clienteling/CRM tools to drive sales and customer experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills; local language (Italian) strongly preferred.
