Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Michael Kors Ambassador by delivering exemplary customer experiences that build loyalty and repeat business.
- Manage client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools to nurture relationships and follow up on leads.
- Maintain impeccable floor and stock presence, ensuring merchandise is presented according to brand visual and merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with store management to align on targets, share intelligence and drive store performance.

Qualifications
