Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer experiences and embody the brand’s values as a Michael Kors Ambassador to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Proactively manage client relationships using all available clienteling apps and tools to maximise retention and sales.
- Maintain exemplary floor presence, visual standards and stock room organisation to support seamless selling.
- Collaborate closely with store management to review business results, identify opportunities and implement actions to improve store performance.
- Become a Selling Expert through Product Knowledge packs and confidently advise customers on product features, fit and styling.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for fashion and prior sales experience in a fast‑paced retail environment; luxury or premium brand experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and the ability to inspire and work effectively within a team.
- Technological proficiency and comfort using clienteling apps, POS systems and digital sales tools.
- Effective verbal communication in the local language (Portuguese preferred) and the ability to engage an international clientele.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and peak seasonal periods; authorised to work in Portugal.
