Michael Kors seeks a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (Part-time) in Lisbon to join the Jet Set team and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated customer experiences, acting as a Jet Set Ambassador to build loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain active client communication and manage the client database using company clienteling applications to drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through persuasive selling, product knowledge and proactive client outreach.
- Represent and uphold brand image and grooming standards at all times; model company behaviours and service protocols.
- Support store operations including loss-prevention measures, health & safety compliance and daily floor presence.
- Execute visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and assist with store presentation to maximise commercial impact.
- Collaborate with the store management team on sales strategy, product knowledge initiatives and store performance.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for fashion and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills; fluent English preferred.
- Demonstrable team-player attitude with the ability to collaborate, inspire and support colleagues.
- Comfortable and proficient with retail technology and clienteling applications.
- Professional personal presentation in line with brand grooming standards.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury sales experience is preferred; candidates should demonstrate the ability to meet sales targets and deliver high-quality client service. Experience using clienteling tools and POS/inventory systems is an advantage.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent required; vocational or tertiary studies in fashion, retail or related disciplines are a plus.
