Role & Responsibilities
- Manage back‑of‑house operations including receiving, processing deliveries and inter‑store transfers in accordance with brand procedures.
- Maintain integrity of inventory through cycle counts and bi‑annual inventories; proactively identify and escalate discrepancies.
- Support the store team on the sales floor as required, ensuring a visible presence and high service standards.
- Assist the store management with analysing sales reports and developing action plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Enforce loss prevention procedures and take swift action on early signs of shrinkage, informing the Line Manager.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to implement and maintain merchandising directives and product presentation.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to colleagues, helping resolve client issues and complaints to brand standards.
- Adhere to brand image and grooming standards and model expected behaviours as an MK Ambassador.

- Demonstrable passion for fashion and working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Proven ability to manage stockroom operations and inventory control processes.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solution‑driven attitude with the capacity to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Professional appearance and the ability to represent the brand’s image and behaviours.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail experience is preferred, particularly in stockroom/back‑of‑house roles, inventory management, visual merchandising or loss prevention. Experience supporting store sales goals and working collaboratively within a retail team is desirable.
