Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding Michael Kors image and grooming standards while modeling company behaviors.
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Use clientelling apps and CRM tools to maintain client communication, proactively manage the CRM database and support relationship-building activities.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers accurately; process payments, returns and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Support till opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean, organized checkout area.
- Apply product knowledge to support selling activity and identify opportunities to drive store performance.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for luxury retail and working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning and using in-store technology and clientelling/CRM tools.
- Proficiency in English with effective verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work a part-time, seasonal schedule (20 hours/week) and flexibility for retail hours.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous cashier or retail experience—preferably within premium or luxury retail—is desirable but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
