Role & Responsibilities
- Assist upper management in driving sales results through strategic and multifaceted approaches
- Execute key opening and closing duties and manage operational tasks
- Foster customer relationships by developing personal knowledge of current trends and coaching styling techniques
- Empower team members to maintain the highest level of customer service standards through effective leadership and multitasking
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced store environment
- Lead by example as a brand ambassador with genuine passion for luxury fashion
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in English
- Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including flexible scheduling for weekends, holidays, and peak retail days
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and stoop
- Ability to handle merchandise and operate point-of-sale equipment
- Ability to visually assess merchandise and customer needs
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal formats
- Ability to work effectively in busy retail environments with various ambient conditions
