Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store sales goals and develop advanced sales techniques to maximize overall sales performance
- Provide direct team supervision, guidance, and support to sales associates across all areas of customer service and sales execution
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through personal client relationship management and coaching associates on client book development
- Support the store manager with risk management, physical security, cash controls, and inventory management initiatives
- Resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction
- Oversee selling floor presentation, ensuring merchandise is neat, organized, stocked, and reflects the correct brand visual image at all times
- Implement and maintain all merchandising and visual directives in alignment with company standards
- Train and assist sales associates with register usage, management functions, and proper execution of all operational protocols
