Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store sales goals whilst developing advanced sales techniques with associates to maximize revenue performance
- Build and maintain repeat clientele by leveraging personal client books and supporting staff in client relationship development
- Support and coach sales associates to deliver the highest standard of customer service and resolve complaints swiftly and effectively
- Ensure the selling floor remains organized, fully stocked, and maintains the correct brand visual image at all times
- Assist in implementing and maintaining all merchandising and visual directives in compliance with company standards
- Supervise all areas of stock management, shipping, receiving protocols, and related administrative procedures
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of merchandise and current fashion market trends to inform sales and client recommendations
- Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with store management in risk management, physical security, cash controls, and inventory oversight
- Support and follow up on all staff training programs and ensure brand image and grooming standards are maintained

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience
- Proven sales achievement and ability to exceed targets
- Demonstrated supervisory or mentoring experience

Experience
Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience, ideally in luxury or designer fashion retail. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and evidence of previous supervisory or mentoring responsibilities with sales associates preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail management training or certification preferred.
