Michael Kors is hiring a Sales Supervisor in Wolfsburg, Germany to lead store sales, coach the team and elevate customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire the store team to deliver elevated customer experiences and sustain a culture of performance, accountability and brand-aligned presentation.
- Drive personal and store sales targets by analysing sales reports, developing action plans, and ensuring KPIs and unit goals are communicated and achieved.
- Maintain visible floor presence and model exemplary service behaviours, including Virtual Shopping and proactive clienteling to cultivate loyalty and repeat business.
- Support onboarding, training and performance reviews for Jet Set Ambassadors, providing constructive feedback and targeted coaching to boost individual results.
- Collaborate with management and the DVM to execute visual merchandising directives, maintain store standards and participate in store maintenance and audit programs.
- Manage loss-prevention priorities, take prompt action on early indications of shrinkage, and use company communication platforms effectively to escalate issues.
- Leverage technology for inventory management, sales analysis and client engagement; ensure effective use of client databases and communication channels.
Qualifications
- Proven retail and supervisory experience with a fast-paced retailer, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.
- Demonstrated capability to meet and exceed sales goals and to lead a sales team toward consistent KPI delivery.
- Proficiency in retail mathematics, KPI interpretation and Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable using retail technologies for inventory, sales analysis and clienteling; experience with Virtual Shopping and client database management.
- Professional grooming and adherence to brand image standards; strong interpersonal and communication skills in a customer-facing environment.
- Fluent English.
Skills
Experience
Proven retail and management experience in a fast-paced environment, with prior supervisory responsibility and a track record of achieving sales targets. Experience in luxury or premium retail and familiarity with virtual selling and clienteling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary education in retail management, business or fashion is desirable but not mandatory.
