Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure high standards of client service across the store.
- Supervise, coach and develop retail staff while enforcing company policies, procedures and management directives.
- Act as a visible retail leader to motivate the team, drive performance and support individual career growth.
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient execution of sales, cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
