Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure high standards of client service across the store.
- Supervise, coach and develop retail staff while enforcing company policies, procedures and management directives.
- Act as a visible retail leader to motivate the team, drive performance and support individual career growth.
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient execution of sales, cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, creation of customer books and personalised service.
- Implement visual merchandising and product presentation standards to maximise sales opportunities.
- Utilise available retail tools and technologies to support sales, stock control and reporting.
- Foster a cooperative, inclusive and supportive working environment through flexibility and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to remain resilient and perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high‑demand environment.
- Capacity to multitask and prioritise competing demands effectively.
- Proficiency in English as stated in the job requirements.
Skills
Experience
Relevant hands-on sales experience in retail, with previous supervisory or team‑lead responsibilities preferred. Experience in fashion or luxury retail is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or vocational qualification; formal retail, fashion or customer service training is desirable.
