Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store sales goals whilst developing personal sales techniques and assisting associates in maximizing sales performance
- Support and encourage the team to provide elevated customer service, building repeat clientele through utilization of personal and team client books
- Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and supporting associates with customer service issues
- Collaborate with store management in risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management
- Train sales team members on register usage and maintenance, and understand all management register functions
- Assist in stock management, shipping and receiving protocol, paperwork processing, and inventory participation
- Ensure the selling floor is neat, organized, stocked, and reflects the correct visual image at all times
- Implement and maintain all merchandising and visual directives, ensuring timely delivery processing and identifying product concerns
- Communicate inventory needs to support business goals and maintain professional image and grooming standards reflective of the brand
- Adhere to work schedule and support all training programs and seminars
