Michael Kors is hiring a Sales Supervisor in Waterloo, NY. Lead sales operations, manage staff, and drive store performance—full-time opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store sales targets through elevated sales and service execution
- Develop personal sales techniques and coach sales associates to maximize performance and client acquisition
- Maintain and leverage a personal client book to build repeat clientele and assist staff in client relationship management
- Resolve client problems and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty
- Provide staff supervision and guidance while maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with Store Manager on risk management, security, cash controls, and inventory management
- Train and support sales staff in register operations, shipping procedures, and customer service protocols
- Ensure the selling floor is neat, organized, well-stocked, and visually aligned with brand standards
- Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives while monitoring delivery processes
- Participate in physical inventories and assist with stock, shipping, and receiving operations
- Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure brand image and grooming standards are upheld consistently
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality while adhering to the assigned work schedule
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of fashion industry trends and Michael Kors product lines
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships

Experience
Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity within a fast-paced luxury or contemporary retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail training or certifications preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Waterloo, New York, USA, with easy access to Rochester.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 24 per hour.
