Michael Kors is hiring a Full-Time Sales Supervisor in Waterloo, NY to lead sales and manage retail operations while providing exceptional customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store sales targets through elevated sales and service techniques
- Develop and mentor sales associates' selling skills to maximize collective performance
- Build and maintain repeat clientele using personal client books and relationship management strategies
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally
- Support staff training in point-of-sale systems, register functions, and operational procedures
- Ensure the selling floor is neat, organized, stocked, and reflects correct visual merchandising standards
- Implement and maintain all merchandising and visual directives
- Process deliveries in a timely manner and identify product concerns
- Collaborate with store management on risk management, security, cash controls, and inventory management
- Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking exercises
- Maintain professional image and grooming standards aligned with brand identity
- Adhere to work schedules and support all training programs and seminars
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20.50 per hour.
