Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales results and personal performance targets through strategic execution and customer engagement
- Supervise and mentor team members, providing coaching on styling techniques and customer service standards
- Execute opening and closing operational procedures and administrative tasks
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through trend knowledge and personalized styling expertise
- Ensure highest standards of customer service delivery while managing multiple priorities in high-traffic environments
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving store needs and scheduling requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak retail sales periods
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and operate point-of-sale equipment

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further formal education in retail management or business administration preferred but not required.
