Michael Kors in Washington hiring a Part-Time Sales Supervisor to lead the sales floor, coach teams and drive clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store operations and lead the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Support upper management with strategic initiatives and execute multifaceted approaches to drive results.
  • Perform and oversee key opening and closing procedures and other operational duties.
  • Coach team members on styling techniques, product knowledge and clienteling to deepen customer relationships.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of elevated customer service standards while managing multiple priorities on the sales floor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop retail sales associates.
  • Strong clienteling and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
  • Energetic, brand-focused ambassador with a commercial mindset and willingness to learn.

Experience
