Michael Kors in Vero Beach seeks a Part-time Sales Supervisor to lead the sales team, drive results, and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach the sales team to achieve personal and store sales targets while maintaining exemplary customer service standards.
- Oversee daily store operations, including key opening and closing duties, cash handling and operational task execution.
- Drive customer engagement through clienteling, styling guidance and trend knowledge to build lasting client relationships.
- Support upper management with strategic initiatives to increase sales, conversion and average transaction value.
- Mentor team members, manage floor performance, and promote a collaborative, high-energy retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a retail sales team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a dedication to outstanding client service.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience with demonstrated sales performance and team supervision. Experience in luxury or premium fashion retail and with clienteling is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or business-related education is a plus.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Vero Beach, Florida, USA, with easy access to West Palm Beach.
