Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach store sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets while preserving a premium customer experience.
- Execute opening and closing procedures and perform essential operational tasks to ensure store readiness and compliance.
- Support senior management in driving sales through strategic initiatives, visual standards and targeted clienteling.
- Foster and deepen customer relationships by mentoring styling techniques and maintaining up-to-date product and trend knowledge.
- Empower the team to deliver consistent service excellence through active leadership, multi‑tasking and on-floor guidance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, including prior supervisory or team‑lead responsibilities.
- Proven ability to coach and develop sales associates to meet sales and service objectives.
- Demonstrable clienteling and customer relationship management aptitude.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Strong interpersonal presentation and a clear passion for fashion and brand representation.

Experience
At least two years of hands-on retail experience with demonstrated success in sales; prior supervisory or assistant manager experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, retail management or business is an asset.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.50 to CAD 24 per hour.
