Michael Kors — Sales Supervisor (part-time) in Tysons Corner, VA. Lead store sales, coach the team and drive clienteling for the Capri Holdings brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store operations including opening and closing procedures and other key operational tasks.
  • Coach and develop sales associates to deliver elevated customer service, styling advice and effective clienteling.
  • Support management in driving sales results through strategic execution, staff coaching and floor management.
  • Foster long-term customer relationships by promoting product knowledge and tailored styling recommendations.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and assist with visual standards, stock presentation and merchandising execution.
  • Demonstrate flexibility on the sales floor, deputise for managers as needed, and contribute to a high-energy retail environment.

Qualifications
