Michael Kors in Tulsa seeks a Full‑Time Sales Supervisor at Woodland Hills Mall to lead sales, coaching and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and store sales to achieve and exceed established targets.
- Coach, supervise and develop sales associates to elevate selling techniques and service standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships; manage a personal client book and support associates in clienteling.
- Deliver elevated levels of customer service; resolve client issues, returns and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee post-sale administration including shipping, alterations and special client requests.
- Support the store manager in risk management, physical security, cash controls and inventory accuracy.
- Train staff on register usage and execute management register functions as required.
- Manage stock processes: receiving, shipping, paperwork and participation in inventories.
- Maintain visual merchandising and selling-floor standards to reflect brand directives and seasonal windows.
- Communicate inventory needs and product concerns to support commercial goals.
- Enforce professional image, grooming and attendance standards for the sales team.
- Perform offsite product transfers and driving duties when role requires (applicable for offsite drivers).
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in specialty or luxury retail.
- Proven supervisory or team‑lead experience in a retail environment, preferably luxury or premium brands.
- Demonstrable ability to coach sales staff and improve team performance.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control, loss-prevention and cash handling procedures.
- Valid driver's license when offsite transfers or deliveries are required.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak shopping periods.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years' specialty retail experience with demonstrated success in sales and team supervision; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or degree in business, retail management or hospitality preferred.
