Michael Kors seeks a Sales Supervisor in Pont-Sainte-Marie, France to lead a retail team and drive luxury fashion sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate personal and store-level sales revenue whilst maintaining high standards of product knowledge and sales technique
- Supervise, mentor, and develop sales associates, fostering their professional growth and coaching their sales capabilities
- Build and maintain a personal client base, encourage staff utilization of customer databases, and drive relationship-based selling strategies
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and brand loyalty
- Collaborate with store management on risk management, physical security, cash handling protocols, and inventory oversight
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, well-organized, appropriately stocked, and visually aligned with brand guidelines at all times
- Implement and maintain merchandising and visual display standards as per company directives
- Support staff training in point-of-sale systems, shipping protocols, and inventory management procedures
- Participate in regular inventory counts and monitor receipt and shipment documentation
- Uphold professional image and presentation standards reflecting the brand identity
- Maintain punctuality and attendance in compliance with scheduling requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail and supervisory roles
