Role & Responsibilities
- Assist upper management in driving results through strategic and multifaceted approaches
- Execute key opening and closing duties and operational tasks
- Develop and coach team members on styling techniques and customer service excellence
- Foster lasting customer relationships through personal knowledge of current fashion trends
- Empower the team to maintain the highest level of customer service standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Ability to meet flexible scheduling requirements including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with mentoring potential
Skills
Experience
2+ years of relevant retail experience required. Self-starter with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop personal leadership qualities preferred.

The base compensation for this position is CAD 20 per hour.
