Role & Responsibilities
- Assist upper management in executing strategic initiatives and driving store performance metrics
- Manage opening and closing procedures and execute essential operational tasks
- Mentor and empower the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service standards while exercising leadership capabilities
- Develop and maintain personal expertise in current fashion trends and coach team members on contemporary styling techniques
- Foster and cultivate lasting customer relationships through consultative selling and personalized service
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment while supporting continuous professional development
- Manage multi-tasking responsibilities and coordinate team activities during peak retail periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail or supervisory experience
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
- Ability to meet flexible scheduling requirements, including weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail periods
- Strong point-of-sale and retail technology proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to assess merchandise and customer needs
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity within a luxury or contemporary fashion retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail management or fashion industry certification is desirable but not required.
