Role & Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure all positions are filled with qualified personnel in a timely manner
- Demonstrate sales leadership and actively participate on the selling floor to model best practices
- Ensure all associates maintain the highest standards of customer service
- Enforce all operational procedures and compliance protocols across the store
- Implement and maintain all merchandising directives and visual standards
