Role & Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure timely filling of all positions with qualified personnel
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging with customers and staff on the selling floor
- Ensure all associates consistently deliver the highest level of customer service
- Maintain compliance with all operational procedures and policies
- Implement and maintain merchandising directives and visual standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in luxury retail
- Strong operational and administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven interpersonal and team-building capabilities

Experience
Minimum 3 years of sales management experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail environments where multi-unit team leadership and staff development have been demonstrated.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or training is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.50 to CAD 24 per hour.
